Am I the only one suffering from a cold? I am just starting to get over it but it has been hanging around the last two weeks. It started in my head and worked its way to my chest and took hold. My nose has just now changed from that thick yellow mucas (too much information?) to clear and now I’ve started to sneeze! Seriously? Why do I have to go from a cold to allergies?
One thing that has helped me with my cold and will help me with my allergies is a great product called the SinuCleanse, Neti Pot. It is essentially like giving your nose a shower. The results are fast and you can have immediate relief. Granted it seems a little gross and takes a bit to get used to but once you experience the results it is hard to go back. My husband has been using the SinuCleanse Neti Pot twice a day for two weeks and is totally addicted. But don’t just take my word for it. Check out these fabulous reviews on Amazon!
SinuCleanse also has the SinuCleanse Squeeze which is perfect for those who prefer a positive pressure device. I have used this product and it took a little bit to get used to. I personally prefer the neti pot but this was effective as well.
According to the SinuCleanse website, “Nasal washing (also known as nasal irrigation or jala neti) is a personal hygiene practice that involves flooding the nasal cavity with warm saline solution (salt water). This soothing action removes excess mucus and moisturizes the nasal cavity.
The 100% all-natural saline sol
ution used with the SinuCleanse® system soothes on contact and provides safe and immediate sinus relief. It is completely natural and contains no harmful additives, such as preservatives, anti-caking agents, or iodine, which are commonly found in most saline solutions. Because of this, the SinuCleanse® system can be used as often as needed to manage and prevent sinus congestion.
Both the SinuCleanse® Neti Pot and the SinuCleanse® Squeeze™ bottle can be used for adults and children as young as age 4 and 5. SinuCleanse® Kids Mist™ is the best solution for infants to children up to 12 years old who are resistant to the SinuCleanse® Neti Pot or SinuCleanse® Squeeze™ use.”
We also got the chance to try out the SinuCleanse Kids Mist which you can see by the picture, Lucian was completely fascinated by but unable to actually use by himself. When I used it on Warren he actually came back for seconds. It is a very light, fine mist and Warren seemed to liked it!
SinuCleanse would like to give own of my readers SinuCleanse Kids Mist System to try out for themselves, a $15 value! This includes a 3 week saline solution supply.
Win it: Visit SinuCleanse and tell me one thing you learned or a product you’d like to try.

I’d love to try this since it’s natural. And I learned that you take better pictures of people using their products than they do. I think the lady doing the adult version head on is a bit weird looking–like a person trying to shove a genie lamp up her nose.
