Am I the only one suffering from a cold? I am just starting to get over it but it has been hanging around the last two weeks. It started in my head and worked its way to my chest and took hold. My nose has just now changed from that thick yellow mucas (too much information?) to clear and now I’ve started to sneeze! Seriously? Why do I have to go from a cold to allergies?
One thing that has helped me with my cold and will help me with my allergies is a great product called the SinuCleanse, Neti Pot. It is essentially like giving your nose a shower.
