The No Throw is the creation of two identical twin sisters Karla Scanlan and Karen Kuhn in 2001. They developed a a unique product to keep bottles and sippy cups from consistently ending up on the floor. The solution was a tether and Velcro strap that wraps around the bottle or cup and keeps it off the ground.
Genius I say! Genius! Any mother will tell you that playing the “drop game” is no fun for anyone except the child. This is such a simple solution to a very annoying problem. Warren is my current dropper and is known to not only drop frequently, but hard enough to knock the sippy valve out and leave drops of milk on my hardwood floors or dining room rug. No fun for mommy. It is also frustrating to keep picking up dropped sippy when we are out and about. Usually I just take it away but eventually he wants it again only to take a quick sip and throw it again. Nice.
That is why I love the No Throw! Interestingly enough, when I attached it to his high chair and sippy at lunch for the first time he never once dropped it. I think he liked the bright colors and sports images and just didn’t feel like dropping it like every time before. Or maybe he was just messing with me. You look at these pictures and you tell me?
I can’t wait to try it on a long car trip or at the mall! I think I need to pick up a couple more so I can just keep one handy in the car and one on his stroller.

What a fabulous idea! My daughter is CONSTANTLY throwing her sippy cup on the floor. This would save us a lot of hassle.
