With all the latest attention on protecting the environment and how we all can take steps in our everyday lives, it is nice to know that large companies are trying to do the same. 3M has a long-term pledge toward being kind to the environment. Part of their initiative includes preventing pollution at the source and producing products that have a minimum effect on the environment. While we all need to do our part, large corporations like 3M can pave the way and make a noticeable impact. The amazing part? This initiative has been around for 30 years! Don’t you just love 3M? My favorite 3M product is definitely Post-it Notes.
Post-it Recycled Notes is just one part of 3M’s commitment to environmental stewardship. What I find even more interesting is that they have been around for 10 years!! They are made with 30% post consumer recycled paper and I had the chance to try them out. They function just like any regular Post-it and come in lots of fun colors.
Post-it Notes are simply a part of my every day life. At work I have three different sized pads handy at all times and I find that is really all I like to use for notes. I like that I can stick them to anything and I think I’d be a little lost without them. I look forward to using my Post-it Recycled Notes, enjoying their function and bright colors and appreciating their environmental friendliness.Haven’t had the chance to try Post-it Recycled Notes? Here is your chance!
Post-it would like to give three of my readers the two different products shown in the pictures above. Post-it Super Sticky Recycled Notes 3”x3” Note Cube in Tropical Colors (5 pads) and Post-it Recycled Notes 4”x6” Lined Notes in assorted pastel colors (5 pads). $23 value for each of the winners!
Win it: Visit the Post-it substainability website and tell me something you learned about their environmental initiative or about their recycled products.
Want more entries? (Come on, who doesn’t?) After answering my question do any of the following and leave a comment telling me what you did. Each is worth one entry unless otherwise noted. Your comment is your entry so please leave the appropriate number of comments for each extra entry.

3M in general is a very eco-friendly company. For example, they set goals for their corporation based on how effective they were in reducing pollutants and improving environmentally friend practices. Their 2000 — 2005 Corporate Environment Goals were set and, believe it or not, they EXCEEDED their goals! They are a leader for other corporations.
