In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
My question:
What are you most looking forward to this holiday weekend?
My answer:
Going to my parent’s house and eating my mom’s yummy food. She is seriously a FABULOUS cook and baker and always goes all out, especially for holidays. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us tomorrow! I’m salivating already.

I am running my 2nd 5k tomorrow morning so I am kind of excited about that.

The events in our downtown, mostly the town is signing a Community Covenant signifying the community’s support for military service members and their families. In support of the covenant Celebration (our home town) is adopting an Army unit.
Plus, of course, the fireworks, and spending time with my husband!
Well we just enjoyed a quiet evening.. a few fireworks.. but tomorrow is right back to what I often refer to as GroundHog Day lol
