I have book club once a month if I'm up to it and try to have a girls night out/in every couple of months, other than that we are always together and we never have date nights, the kids are grown up and out of the house -- we are so boring. Plus when we go some where, we usually take our little "baby" - the dog. When I type this out, god we sound so lame!!! We couldn't say that earlier in our marriage however. It's REALLY hard when kids are so young.
