The Juice is brought to you by and in support of Tropicana Top 50 which contains 50% less calories and 50% less sugar. How sweet is that? (Pun totally intended…) You will find The Juice online community on BlogHer and according to them, this is where you can share your own practical ideas and tips on how to get more of what you want and less of what you don’t. The Juice is all about the “good stuff.”
I poked around the site and found myself listening to their yoga video with interest. I rather enjoyed that their questions and responses seemed a little less polished and a little more real. More like you were listening to your friends versus the nightly news. I finally learned why we do eye exercises at the beginning of yoga.
Here is a sneak peak of the upcoming episode airing Monday, July 20th and featuring Jory of BlogHer and Kyra Sedgwick from The Closer. (Don’t forget to turn up the sound!)
The Juice has given me a $200 Patagonia gift card to give to one of my readers! (Now that dear readers, IS sweet!)
Win it: Tell me how you try to be green or your favorite green tip. (Please no “enter me” or “I want to win” type answers.)

We try to recycle as much as we can!
I'm trying to do as the video suggests – a little at a time. All these little changes add up and it's fascinating to read helpful hints from others. I always learn something new.
My green tip is to fill up your gas tank after dark. Because it is dark the sun can't turn the gas emissions into pollution. This reduces ozone and air pollution.
I recycle and use cfl bulbs. I support local agriculture through a csa.
My best tip for going green is to try and phase out bottled water from your lifestyle. I got hooked because of the convenience but the amount of money and trash it wastes is just astronomical. So I take the empty bottles of water and fill them up at home with water from our Brita pitcher.
My tip for going green is carpool. A lot of people think that if you don't have a co-worker you can find a ride with there's no way to carpool but if you live in a big city like Phoenix where I live you can find websites that list people who are carpooling. No matter where you live and where you work you can find a carpool buddy. I use craigslist to find my rideshares. You save money on gas, wear and tear on your car, and you can use the HOV lane. Just carpooling a couple of days a week can make a huge impact.
My tips are to use cold water for washing clothes and take shorter showers. Also plant a veggie garden and grow your own vegetables. Reuse plastic baggies and recycle bottles and cans.

fav you on technorati, user pestkaj
I try to be green by bringing my own reusable bags to the store, but I too often have "bagnesia" and forget them!
I just got some cool envirosax-type bags at BlogHer that will fit in my purse and I'll be more likely to remember to use them

I use reusable stainless steel bottles instead of one use plastic. I use cloth diapers. Use cloth shopping bags (must admit that's when I remember to bring them)
I visited The Juice on BlogHer and learned that Trop50 give you more of what you want (vitamins) and less of what you don't (sugar). Cool!

We use reusable shopping bags and buy used whenever we can.

We are paperless and we recycle.
My favorite green tip is using reuseable bags.
I follow.
My best go green tip is to convert as much as you can to solar! We live in Arizona and you can get grants and credits from the electrical company to convert to solar. Our pool is solar heated and our hot water heater is solar. It's definitely wroth the investment and it's not that difficult to do yourself.
I sub.
I learned that they are sponsored by Tropicana Trop 50 and the group starts a new discussion about the weekly video every week.
My best tip for going green is cut out paper plates, plastic cups and utensils. It may seem like it's easier but it just produces more trash and wastes money. As you're doing dishes add how much money you saved by not using disposable and put that into a "fun" jar. Then use that money on something fun so you don't resent going green!
