Not Me! Monday – #37

I love Not Me! Monday created by My Charming Kids so I’ll take this time to reflect on what I did not do this past week. Please take a moment to visit MckMama’s blog and see what she has not been up to this past week.

Last week while taking our car versus our mini van (which I’ve become very used to) I did not get to my destination and try to lock the doors automatically with my van’s keyless entry system. And when I arrived home and tried to open the trunk of the car I didn’t suddenly hear a beep*beep*beep and see my van’s back door rising. Nope. I didn’t do that.

I also didn’t get too enthusiastic in my motions while trying to help my three year old get his pants up after using the restroom and completely flip him over onto the floor by accident. Oops. If I did at least we both laughed about it. Not that I’m admitting to that either.

And the big Not Me! of the week did not occur when I was getting my youngest some juice and had my back turned to him for a few seconds. Apparently a few seconds is all it takes for him to find something horrendous and dump it all over my kitchen floor. Can you tell what it was?

If you guessed oil, you are a genius!! Yes, Warren did not dump half a bottle of canola oil on the floor with lightening speed. And there isn’t a part of me that is just thankful it was only half a bottle and on the floor instead of all over himself. Well, sort of thankful anyway….

Oil on the floor is not as bad as vaseline in brother’s hair, not that that EVER happened at my house!
