LOL I should clarify, I have a pot luck and I’ve been trying to figure out what to take – we’re all post-WLS and I was trying to come up with some diet-friendly fare. I’m hoping these will work out OK – if I sauce them really well, they shouldn’t dry out I would think.

This looks like an awesome teriyaki-hawaiian-ish recipe. I bet this would be a good marinate for boneless, skinless chicken for dinner as well as the appetizer version.

Thank-you for posting this recipe! I was looking for an easier chicken wing recipe to make for Super Bowl instead of pulling out the fryer and frying them all day. Tell your mom she is the BEST and love her recipe!
