Tollytots Rapunzel Dolls & Tangled DVD {Spring Event Giveaway #21} CLOSED

My family and I always seem to enjoy a quality Disney movie. But Tangled, the most recently released Disney animated movie on DVD, is near the top of our list of Disney favorites. Have you seen this sure to be beloved classic movie?

I was surprised by the marketing of this movie. Instead of the focus being entirely on Rapunzel and naming the movie after her, they recognize there are truly two main characters in both Rapunzel and Flyn Ryder and named the movie Tangled to reflect that. As a mom of two boys I certainly appreciate this fact. While we would have watched it anyway, it made it that much easier to appeal to boys. And my boys are thrilled to have this movie on BLU-Ray and DVD.

The CGI animation is simply stunning. This movie took years to make and the end result shows. With Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi playing the two leads, all of the fun songs are actually sung by the main characters. The side kicks including a feisty horse and loyal chameleon provide some extra fun comic relief and the characters are simply lovable. This being the 50th movie for Disney seemed to be the perfect timing for this movie as it is the best I’ve seen from Disney for years and combines all we love about Disney movies. This is a movie my boys love to watch and I love to watch with them!
