Total Mom Challenge From Total Gym Week 7 #TotalMom

Here we are at seven weeks in the  Total Mom Challenge from Total Gym. How time flies!

One aspect to working out with the Total Gym is the convenience of having a gym at home. With no excuses about added cost or difficulty getting to the gym, sticking with the program should be easier with this system. One way to inspire others to start using the Total Gym and continuing to use it as a permanent part of a healthy lifestyle  is seeing success stories. Stories about other women who have faced similar challenges but have changed their lives for the better.

After viewing Total Gym success stories, I found myself relating to Kelly Buchta.

Since using Total Gym, I have noticed better muscle definition in my arms and legs. I feel stronger and have much more endurance. It is easy to use and fun! I love when people say, ‘Wow! How do you stay so thin?

I used to go to the gym, but after having a baby I don’t have the time. The Total Gym lets me get my workout in without taking up my entire day.

Being a fellow mom, I can certainly relate to the difficulty in finding a way to fit a workout into the day. And having the proper equipment right at home makes it that much more convenient and easier to make the time. I have found that 30 minutes is all I need to get an effective workout. Now I have no excuse not to make the time!

Looking forward to giving you another update next week!

How do they count a clearly pregnant mom photo as a before pic? lol That seems kinda silly.

I only chose her story because she is a new mom and I can relate but yes, it is certainly silly to use that as a before pic!

those before and after pics can serve as a good dose of inspiration for recently pregnant women trying to get back in shape!

LOL I’m with Jennifer – I understand what they were trying to do, but they needed a better before photo.

It’s definitely easier to workout when you have the resources at home.

It is amazing what us women have to go through after giving birth and such great success stories of regaining our bady shape back.

If I had the room I would love a Total Gym! I have the problem of my girls wanting to join in when I work out, which is cute but not productive so I’ve been working out at night after they go to bed, means I have to take a shower afterwords but at least I’m getting some exercise in.

I’d love to have something at home that helped me tone up. The Total Gym looks fabulous.
