Sandra Magsamen Children’s Board Books {Bump to Baby Giveaway} CLOSED

I have had the pleasure of working with Sandra Magsamen for a while. Her sweet messages and fun, whimsical style for young and old alike make for great gifts that are always affordable! I recently received a set of three children’s board books by Sandra Magsamen, each showcasing love as the central theme.

I Love You, Little Pumpkin! ($7.99) is a lift and flap board book that plays hide and seek, asking questions about who is there and answering them as the flap is lifted. My children have always loved simple lift the flap board books like this, but especially those that ask the question who is hiding. The last page caught my eye the most as it asks “Whose smiling face is this, so sweet and true? It’s my little pumpkin and I love you!” A round mirror within in the pumpkin lets your little see it is actually them behind this lift the flap!

Whooo Loves You? ($7.99) is also a lift the flap board book from her Made with Love Collection. In this story, each of the characters are telling the child how much they love them.

For example, “The birds on the clothesline sing…You’re my little tweetheart, you’re my little tweetheart!” It goes on to tell about other animals such as a cow, owl and puppies before it shows what the reader would say to the child which is “I love you, I love you!”

I Ruff You($7.99) is a new Sandra Magsamen board book which displays super soft puppy ears at the top that tie into each picture within, giving the puppy some adorable ears! This story is also from the Made with Love collection and tells the child all the ways in which the reader “ruffs” (loves) them. “I ruff you more than words can say. I ruff you in the biggest way.” I love this book especially because it includes body parts, giving the reader the opportunity to act out out those pages with a kiss or touch to the named part. This is such a fun way to teach a young child their body!

This collection of books features parts for your child to touch for different textures on the front and contains bright pictures and rhythmic storytelling. They really are a fabulous addition to any child’s book collection!

    I’d love to win because my son is so into “reading” books all by himself right now. Just tonight he sat in his rocking chair and “read” about 10 books to himself. He’s good at memorizing the words and re-telling the stories. So I’d love to get my hands on as many books for him as I can. He just loves getting new books. We usually frequent the library! Thanks
