Purina Dog Photo Sweepstakes and The Adventures of Tintin {Giveaway} CLOSED

If you have a toddler and a dog, you too know the daily adventures never end. Whether it’s keeping little fingers out of the dog chow (“But it’s such an easy snack mom!”) or teaching them to play nice, the job of parenting both child and furry friend never ends. We adopted our beautiful sheltie Aella (ay-la) as a puppy when I was six months pregnant with my daughter. They’ve been raised together side-by-side from the start. The bond of child and pet is long lasting and I look forward to watching these two grow and learn together. Aella has her moments when she’s not so sure about little Nora stealing her toys or attempting to pet gently but as my husband says, “She’s you’re best friend Aella. You just don’t know it yet.”

In honor of the DVD & Blu-ray release of Paramount’s The Adventures of Tintin, Paramount and Purina have teamed up to  launch the Purina Adventurous Dog Photo Sweepstakes on Facebook. Using Snowy and Tintin’s daring quests as inspiration, Dog Chow is encouraging fans to upload a photo of their furry companion and showcase his or her one-of-a-kind adventurous spirit!

The Grand prize winner will receive a three-night stay in Los Angeles for four people, a two-hour tour of the Paramount Pictures Studio, and a one-year supply of Dog Chow. But, that’s not all! An additional 250 First Prize winners will also receive a free DVD copy of The Adventures of Tintin. The sweepstakes will run through Tuesday, April 24, 2012.
