This Christmas we’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on the last year with all the joy and sorrow mixed together. One constant throughout it all has been the love and support of our family and friends, especially our parents (my husband’s and my own). There’s really no words to explain all they’ve done for us taking shifts every other week to care for myself and my daughter and being there to listen when we hit rock bottom overcome with grief.
Nothing really seems like enough to thank the people who’ve raised you and give of themselves over and over. This year I’ve tried to find small ways to remind them of all they mean to us.
Do you have someone in your life you’ve been meaning to thank and you just don’t know how? Try starting with a simple note of thanks to tell them that you appreciate them. Small gestures sometimes mean more than you think.
Merci Chocolates gave me the opportunity to do just that with their box of assorted fine chocolates. I’m looking forward to sending a box to those I love this year. It’s a little gift to say to thank you for all the little things they do for us. (My favorite is the Hazelnut-Almond!)
The holiday season is a particularly great time to share a meaningful thank you. Whether the person you want to thank is your neighbor who throws a great party, or your postal worker who delivers the mail with a smile, there is no better way to share the ‘Joy of Thank You’ than with a box of Merci chocolates.
Each box of Merci includes a delicious selection of rich, European chocolates made from the finest ingredients. Flavors range from Milk Chocolate, Cream Truffle and Hazelnut-Almond to Dark Cream and Praline-Crème and are truly scrumptious.
