I have always tried to let my children’s imaginations run wild by providing them with many craft/art supplies.  From when my oldest was about 1 1/2 yrs old she has been creating priceless works of art for me.  Lately, I realized I have slacked a little at providing supplies to stimulate their artistic talents.  For review we received an awesome Craft Supply Pack from Constructive Playthings and my kids are back in action creating priceless works of art.

I have to admit, I forgot just how fun Wiggle eyes, or as we call them Googlee Eyes can be.  When Danica was little I used to buy them all the time and she would glue them on everything.  Now, Keegan, my 3 year old did the same thing.  I was glueing tons of eyes on everything he made. It was so cute and such an awesome reminder of Danica when she was younger and how far she has come.

Constructive Playthings 30I had no idea how much fun fake Curly hair could be.  This is something we have never had on hand for projects and the kids loved it!  I will definitely be keeping this in the craft bin from now on.

Constructive PlayThings 31The stickers that came with the pack are awesome.  There are a ton of them including bugs, musical instruments, animals, hearts and stars just to name a few.  All three of my kids added stickers to their projects. I loved how Danica used a star sticker for an eye on her pom pom caterpiller and another sticker as a hair clip in her awesome paper plate faces she made of her and her cousin.

Constructive Playthings 32One of my favorite parts about this pack was the free project cd that was included.  It has hundreds of awesome craft ideas with most using the supplies in the box (with some glue added of course).  I found an adorable fish bowl idea that I had to try.  Danica liked it so much she had to make one too.  I love that the pack came with cello sheets which make perfect windows, or in this case a fish bowl.

Constructive Playthings 33This Craft Supply Pack is awesome for stimulating my children’s imaginations.  I also think it will come in extremely handy for projects with Danica’s Girl Scout Troop which I am leading.

Constructive Playthings is a family owned business that specializes in learning toys, teachers’ supplies, classroom materials, playground equipment and more. We have been around for over sixty years and know how important early childhood development can be.

Constructive Playthings 36If you ever saw something in your child’s classroom and wondered where to get one, Constructive Playthings is probably the answer.  From craft supplies to playground equipment, they have everything. I was amazed at how many items they carry from the very small to the very large.  As I looked at their site I saw MANY items that I have seen in my children’s early childhood classrooms such as the Combination Doll Play Set with Family and the Classroom Look and See Discovery Set.

The Craft Supply Pack has a MSRP of $39.99 and is available online at or use their Store Locator to find a store near you. Be sure to follow them on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date on the all the product news and promotions.

Disclosure: I received a sample for purpose of this review however all thoughts remain my own.

Crafts are so important for the kids and just look at how proud they are with all the great things they created using their imaginations. I love it!

There is nothing more fun than seeing creativity in kids. You can tell so much by what they draw or put together. This would be a nice rainy day thing.

How wonderful it is! I couldn’t help but smile when looking at the crafts that the kids made! I wish my imagination was still so free!

I also love the Wiggle eyes! I love doing crafts with the kids, we recently made homemade play-doh, it was a lot of fun.

I need to replenish my craft supplies – this craft pack would be great. My girls love projects. Now I feel guilty that it’s been a while since we got our craft on…
