Potato Ham Chowder

- 4 cups hot water
- 1 box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker® au gratin potatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup milk
- Heat water and potatoes and salt to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Boil for 20 minutes then drain.
- Stir in sauce from boxed potatoes and all remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Stir periodically.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. (Approximately 10 minutes).
