Southwestern Rice Bowl

Serves: 4
- 4 cups cooked brown or white rice
- ½ pound cooked chicken or other meat, cubed or shredded and heated
- 1 can Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn, heated
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- ⅓ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup chopped green onion
- Layer each of the ingredients above starting with rice and then adding meat, corn, cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream and green onion. Serve warm.
