1½ cup House of TsangĀ® Sweet Sesame Ginger Grill Sauce, divided
3 assorted bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
Cut chicken into chunks. Marinate with ½ cup of grill sauce in ziploc bag overnight or at least 8 hours.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions and peppers until desired doneness. Add ⅓ cup grill sauce and stir until heated through.
Meanwhile, grill chicken until no longer pink. Brush an additional ¼ cup of grill sauce over the top of chicken cook until sauce is heated, about one minute.
Serve with rice and additional grill sauce.
